Remington Therapies is owned and operated by Rick Remington.
Rick operates his business in the heart of Yandina, on Stevens St. He offers the best valued Remedial Massage, Relaxation Massage & Dry Needling to locals and visitors in the Yandina area.
Before Yandina Rick operated his business out of Yaroomba for almost 6 years.
My vision
Supplying the best Remedial Massage treatment on the Sunshine Coast and exceeding every client’s expectations and needs. I would like to educate these clients about the regular maintenance (massage) and care that our bodies need to stay healthy and active.
As well as helping them grow as a person. I wish to continue gaining knowledge in this field and other related fields to give my clients the best treatment.
Rick remington
I grew up in a rural community out near Woodford and from an early age was eager to be involved with sports. Playing a variety of team and individual sports, through my early years into my teenage years, sparked my interest into the mechanics of the human body. This then progressed into a Diploma of Remedial Massage and the beginning of my career in Brisbane.
After gaining some valuable experience in the field, it was time for me to gain more life experience. I spent 5 years working and travelling in Australia and overseas while learning what life was really all about. During this time I meet my to be wife and we eventually came to Australia to settle. This eventually led us to Coolum Beach.
Once in Coolum I was giving the opportunity to begin working for myself and then Remington Therapies was created. Nearly ten years after I had finished studying I was back helping people with their musculoskeletal aches and pains.
Since being in Coolum we have purchased a unit and have had twins little boys. I am involved within the Community through the Coolum Beach Cricket Club and the Coolum Football Club.
Life then lead my work career to the old bowen clinic room in Yandina. Now that I am in Yandina I am loving working and being involved with this amazing community and I am excited at what the future holds for my family and myself.
